Private Office — Dammam (2024)

A modern minimal refresh designed to feel clean, professional, and efficient.

Project snapshot

• Type: Private office
• Location: Dammam, Eastern Province
• Area: 55 sqm
• Design timeline: ~4 weeks
• Primary services: Space planning + concept direction + 3D visuals + selected drawings

Goals (the brief)

• Refresh an outdated office to a modern, premium look
• Improve day-to-day functionality (layout, circulation, storage)
• Provide visuals and notes that reduce execution confusion

Key constraints

Small offices can feel visually “heavy” if:

• circulation is tight,
• storage is unclear,
• lighting is flat or too harsh.

Design direction

Modern Minimal Workspace
A light neutral base, warm wood for comfort, and controlled black accents for structure.

Key decisions

1) Layout + circulation

• Prioritized a clear path of movement
• Kept furniture selection clean and proportional to avoid crowding

2) Palette + materials

• Light neutral walls to expand the space visually
• Warm wood tones for softness and professionalism
• Black accents for definition (frames, trims, details)

3) Lighting intent (design level)

• Layered approach: ambient + task at work areas + accent where needed
  > Final electrical loads and technical specs are coordinated by the appointed contractor/MEP.

Deliverables provided

• Updated layout plan (PDF / DWG where applicable)
• 3D views for client approval
• Finishes direction and key detailing notes
• Selected drawings to support execution

Outcome

A cleaner, modern office with improved spatial efficiency and a more professional working environment.
