Executed in Al Shati district, Dammam, this project balances refined modern aesthetics with precise engineering standards. Every zone was composed around how the family actually lives outdoors: a sunken fire-pit majlis for cooler evenings, a sculptural water wall that masks street noise, shaded dining beneath a pergola, and a poolside daybed court for daytime retreat.

During the initial survey phase, the team identified significant level differences across the site — ranging from 40 to 60 centimetres across multiple zones. A genuine engineering challenge with direct implications for:
