Our process

A calm home starts with a calm process. Every project follows clear stages, with written approvals at the end of each phase.

Phase 1 — Discovery & site survey

• Kick‑off meeting (needs, constraints, timeline, budget band)
• Measurements (if accessible) or client‑provided drawings
• Inspiration + benchmark collection

Deliverable: brief summary + base plan

Phase 2 — Concept & space planning

• 1–2 concept directions (mood boards)
• Layout options (furniture plan + circulation)
• Preliminary materials direction

Deliverable: concept pack + approved layout

Phase 3 — Design development (3D)

• 3D development for key zones
• Lighting intent (layering + fixture typologies)

Deliverable: 3D render set + presentation PDF

Phase 4 — Technical drawings (execution package)

Plans and elevations sufficient for contractor pricing and execution:

• Flooring plan
• Reflected ceiling plan (soffits/slots)
• Wall elevations + feature walls
• Joinery details (cabinets/counters/wardrobes)
• Lighting + power points (advisory)

Deliverable: PDF set + DWG where applicable

Phase 5 — Specifications (light)

• Material and finishes specification
• Indicative FF&E shortlist (as needed)
• Materials register

Deliverable: spec book PDF + register XLSX

Phase 6 — Handover & Q&A

• Final archive handover
• Short clarification window after handover (email / scheduled call)

Revisions & change management

• A defined number of revision rounds is included per phase (confirmed in proposal)
• Any change after phase approval is a Change Order (fee + time impact)
