About SB Interior Design

I’m Shahad Bakhurji, an interior designer based in the Eastern Province. I create modern contemporary interiors with a quiet luxury feel — neutral palettes, natural textures, clean detailing, and lighting that supports how you live.

My approach is simple:

• Beauty + function
• Decisions that can be executed
• Clear scope, phases, and approvals

What clients come to us for

• A clear direction that translates into a real, buildable space
• Professional drawings that reduce confusion on site
• Calm, cohesive interiors that don’t feel trendy or temporary

Experience & credentials (high level)

• BSc in Interior Design (PMU)
• 6+ years across residential and selected commercial projects
• Strong focus on space planning, lighting layouts, and build‑ready documentation

Studio values

• Quality before speed
• Respect for the client’s time and budget
• Clear boundaries (so projects stay smooth)

Boundaries (so expectations are clear)

By default, our service is design-only:

• We do not provide daily contractor management
• We do not provide MEP/structural engineering or permits
• Procurement/sourcing is optional and agreed as an add‑on

Next step

If you share your floor plan, city, and timeline, we’ll recommend the best service (concept sprint vs full design) and send a clear proposal.
